Each answer cites the policy, the version and the page it came from. One click opens the policy.

Outdated versions never reach the model. When a policy gets a new document, the assistant answers from that one.

Only the policies you choose
An administrator picks which policies the assistant may read. Nothing else in your organization is indexed, and the choice can be changed at any time.
In your own region
The text is read, stored and answered in the region your organization already uses, EU or US. Nothing leaves it.

Added to a Standard plan and priced by its size, billed yearly with the plan. Every tier reads up to 150 pages of policy text, which covers most policy libraries whole.

Frequently asked questions
Can employees use it as a company policy chatbot?
Yes. Recipients can ask questions in the policy portal about the policies that apply to them and have been enabled for Policy Intelligence. Administrators can ask about the policies selected for the assistant from its page in the app. Answers link to their sources so people can check the policy text.
What does Policy Intelligence answer from?
From the policy documents you have uploaded and chosen for it, and nothing else. It does not search the web and it does not use other customers' documents. Policies that are links or stored elsewhere have no text to read and are left out.
Can the answers be wrong?
They can, as with any assistant. That is why every answer cites the policy, version and page it was taken from, and why the page says to check the cited policy before acting on an answer. The source is one click away.
Who can use it?
Administrators and recipients. Administrators ask on the Policy Intelligence page in the app, about every policy chosen for it. Recipients ask in the policy portal, about the policies that apply to them, a few questions a day each.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Turn it on, choose up to two policies and ask 20 questions before deciding. No add-on and no card needed for the trial. The add-on is then added to your subscription from Billing.
How is it priced?
By the size of your plan, billed yearly with it: $99 a month for up to 75 recipients with 150 questions a month, $149 for up to 250 with 500 questions, $199 for up to 1000 with 2,000 questions. Every tier reads up to 150 pages of policy text, and more pages or questions can be added.
