Learning adds short employee awareness courses to your policy acknowledgement process. People practise everyday decisions through interactive activities, then complete and confirm the courses alongside their policies. Each takes five to eight minutes and works on any device.

Who completed which course and when, with a PDF record. The completion is confirmed together with the policies, so the two never drift apart.

Frequently asked questions
Can we combine these courses with our own company policies?
Yes. Publish the ready-made courses and choose the groups they apply to. When sending a policy cycle, include Learning so those recipients take their assigned courses on the same confirmation page. The courses are ready-made; they are not automatically generated from your policy documents, and custom course creation is not currently available.
What is in a Learning course?
A handful of short activities, not slides and a quiz at the end: find the risks in an office scene, examine a phishing email, choose in a scenario and read the consequence, sort habits into columns, put actions in order, match situations to the right move. Each course takes five to eight minutes.
Do people need an account?
No. The courses sit on the same confirmation page people already open from their email or from the policy portal, with no account and no password. They work on a phone.
Can we write our own courses?
Not yet. Learning starts with four ready-made courses on the topics most organizations need, and more are on the way. The player is built so organizations' own courses can use the same activities later.
How is Learning priced?
By the size of your plan, billed yearly with it: $29 a month for up to 75 recipients, $59 for up to 250 and $99 for up to 1000. Previewing the courses is free on every plan; publishing them, and so sending them out with the policies, needs the add-on.
